Upgrade your wiring and maximize your tone! This is a pre-wired harness for Gibson Les Paul JR guitars. With 50s style wiring the overall tone gets stronger and more transparent, so the notes seem to “open up”. 50s style wiring also reduces the loss of treble when rolling back the volume.

Jupiter Condenser 400V Bumblebee capacitors made with aluminum foil paper-in-oil. As one of the earliest construction types, featuring a pure paper/oil construction complete with a true hermetic seal. The tone you crave and love, in the most accurate reproduction.

LUXE Grey Tiger
1952-1956 Grey Tiger: Wax Impregnated .02mF Capacitor
Each Grey Tiger cap is hand wound on our shop built 1932 Sprague Specialties Co. Winding Machine replica using exact vintage spec foil and paper film. They're hand soldered and hot vacuum impregnated with pure castor oil and beeswax. The capacitor slug is fitted into a precise historic reproduction printed paper tube, sealed with epoxy, vacuum potted in beeswax, dipped in a vintage recipe wax coating and lightly aged. Also included is vintage style spaghetti tubing insulation on the leads.
